Once a Week Membership

Access to 1 coached session per week (or 4 per month). Access to open gym times, and programming through performance app.

Limit: 4 classes per Month
Programs: Advanced Training, Future Champs 1 and On-Ramp 1, Future Champs 2 and On-Ramp 2, OPEN GYM, Performance Weightlifting

Open Gym membership, is for those that would like to use the gym during non-coached hours. After going through the initial free athlete assessment, member may receive a 4 digit individualized door code to gain access to the gym to train. Membership also has a onetime $40 setup/admin fee to cover the programing of the entry system.

Therapy Room Rental

Twice a Week Membership

2 Coached Sessions per week. Access to all "On Ramp" training sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Membership to online/cloud based performance tracking software.
Unlimited access to open gym schedule.
